Management and coordination of repairs and maintenance between Expats and Landlords throughout the whole leasing period.
1. Advise on how to obtain domestic driving license and car leasing service
2. Follow up all repair work or emergency support
3. Assist to recommend nanny/maid (Ayi)
4. Track lease contract expiry 3 months in advance, arrange the lease contract renewal before the deadline
5. Collect the monthly rental fapiao from Landlord and deliver to Client Company
6. Assist to do check-out procedure
7. Assist on furniture renting process if needed
8. Arrange internet installation
